It is the buyer's sole obligation to ensure they are fully aware of the laws, regulations, and restrictions regarding the purchase, possession, and carrying of knives under the Criminal Code of Canada and any other applicable provincial or territorial legislation. We will take NO RESPONSIBILITY for false representation by the buyer or any breach of Canadian knife laws.

Risks and Accountability

When You purchase the Merchandise after clicking one of Our links, You agree to assume all risks related to and/or arising from Your ownership and use of the Merchandise and agree to indemnify and hold Us, Our Administrators, Contributors, Authors, Editors and/or Managers, harmless from any and all claims brought by any person or entity against Us related to and/or arising from Your ownership and/or use of the Merchandise, in accordance with the laws of Canada (Province of Ontario).

Safe Conduct and Canadian Law

Knives and related Merchandise may be dangerous, even deadly, if used improperly, negligently, and/or illegally. When You purchase Merchandise from Us, You agree that You will use the purchased Merchandise in a safe and legal manner, consistent with all applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws (including but not limited to the Criminal Code of Canada and any applicable provincial legislation), recognised safety rules, and good common sense. You further agree that You will train and supervise minors in the use of the Merchandise and that You will take such steps as may be reasonably necessary or required by applicable law to keep the Merchandise out of the hands of persons under 18, untrained and/or immature individuals. We do not encourage the use of any of the advertised Merchandise in a violent or illegal manner, or the use of it to reach violent and/or illegal ends, according to the appropriate laws and regulations outlined by the buyer's jurisdiction and the legal authority governing the buyer's province, territory, and/or city of residence within Canada. It is an offence to carry a knife in public without a valid reason under Canadian law; by purchasing from Us, you affirm that you will abide by all such legal requirements.

Governing Law: This Disclaimer and any dispute arising from or relating to the use of our products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada (Province of Ontario). Any legal proceedings must be brought within the courts of Ontario, Canada.
